This is our new policy for all orders that are not picked up on the day scheduled. This is effective immediately.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able reschedule missed pick up orders for another pick up location. They will be restocked and put back into inventory and you can order again for another location or time. We will refund your credit card, minus $10 restocking fee which also helps to cover potential product loss.
Until the Covid-19 settles, we will not be charging our normal $20 restocking fee.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know 24 hours in advance if at all possible! Our hope with this new policy is so that we can serve all of you better.
